Jeg begynte \u00e5 spille paddle tennis et par ganger i uken for 2 m\u00e5neder siden. De siste ukene har jeg begynt \u00e5 f\u00e5 \u00f8kende smerter i mitt gamle hopperkne. Jeg pleide \u00e5 lide av hopperkne for nesten 10 \u00e5r siden da jeg spilte fotball og har ikke lagt merke til noe siden. Har du noen r\u00e5d om hva jeg b\u00f8r gj\u00f8re for \u00e5 kunne fortsette \u00e5 spille paddle tennis?    <\/p>\n<h3>Svar.<\/h3>\n<p>Tusen takk for sp\u00f8rsm\u00e5let ditt. Det er ikke uvanlig \u00e5 kjenne p\u00e5 et gammelt hopperkne (patellar tendinopati) n\u00e5r du starter et nytt treningsprogram eller \u00f8ker treningsmengden. For \u00e5 sjekke og trene opp hopperkneet ditt vil jeg anbefale:  <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Reduser treningsmengden en periode. Dette kan du gj\u00f8re ved \u00e5 fortsette \u00e5 trene to ganger i uken, men eventuelt redusere treningstiden fra 60 min. til 40-45 min. For dette form\u00e5let anbefales tung, langsom styrketrening og eventuelt isometrisk trening.
